I’m Patrick Marshall, a retired Lieutenant Commander from the U.S. Coast Guard and a Certified Professional Life Coach. After nearly 30 years of military service, I found my second calling in mental health and disability support—working with individuals in crisis, guiding people toward meaningful employment, and helping navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions.
I’ve worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist for the State of Idaho and supported people with disabilities in building independence, confidence, and community connection. My focus has always been on seeing the whole person—not just the problem—and offering real-world tools rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect.
Servant’s Compass was born out of that mission. It’s a space for leadership, healing, and purpose—for anyone who’s been carrying more than their share and needs a place to reset, reflect, and realign.
Whether you're leading a team, caring for a loved one, or simply trying to stay grounded, you're not alone here.
Guided by integrity, grounded in service, and driven by purpose.
Servant’s Compass exists to empower individuals and organizations through trauma-informed, service-born leadership. Our mission is to cultivate resilience, clarity, and ethical action by providing tools, training, and guidance rooted in empathy, accountability, and purposeful communication. We help leaders lead with heart, navigate with wisdom, and serve with impact.
